Ukulele Lesson Structure
Build a solid technical base with our fun, comprehensive curriculum, which covers chord progressions, strumming patterns, melodies, and a variety of playing styles, from jazz to rock. Private 30-minute lessons are scheduled weekly during school terms, with a break during holidays.
Each lesson is customised to your interests and goals, ensuring rapid progress towards ukulele happiness!

The more you practice, the faster you’ll learn!
We recommend that students practice for 15 minutes at least 3 times a week.

Yes of course we teach adults to play the ukulele.
The ukulele may be small but one you learn a few chords, you’ll be lighting up every room with endless joy and happiness.

If your little musician really wants to learn guitar but can’t quite get their hands around it yet, then yes, the ukulele is a great place to start.
They will learn strumming patterns and develop finger strength that will help them transition to guitar when they’re ready.
However, it’s worth knowing that the ukulele is not a mini-guitar. The tuning is different and the notes are different.
So if and when you do switch to guitar, they’ll have to learn some different shapes. And then you’ll know two instruments!
